Plants are shipped separately from personal decor products and are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays via 2-day shipping to ensure freshness.
Q: What is your warranty & returns policy?
A: Sagegreenlife products come with a one year (1 yr.) warranty for manufacturers defects from the date of purchase (which we define as the date your transaction is completed at the time of shipment). The warranty does not cover physical damages and does not include any guarantees regarding plant survival. Sagegreenlife will guarantee the plants for up to 10 days after the date of purchase. If you experience plant failure, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of purchase with a picture of plants and we will send replacement plugs out to you promptly. To return a product, contact us at email@example.com with your order number, and pictures always help if you can provide them. For any product returns we will send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back to us. Your refund will be issued upon our receipt of your returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days after we have received your return for processing.
